When will my order be shipped?

We usually pack and ship your order within 1–3 business days. As soon as it goes out, you’ll get a tracking email from us.

Where do you ship from?

All of our items ship from the U.S.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on where you live, but it’s usually around 5–12 business days.

Which countries do you ship to?

We mainly ship within the U.S. and to a few neighboring countries. You can see the full list of available destinations on the checkout page.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

If you need an invoice, please leave a note when placing your order. We normally don’t include invoices in the package unless it’s requested.Once we see your note, we’ll prepare the invoice for you and send it by email.

Where can I check my order status?

You can check your order status on our “Track Order” page by entering your email or order number.

PRINT-POLY MAILERS

What is the minimum order quantity?

You only need to order 100 bags to customize and print.

Can I print whatever I want on it?

Yes! You can print anything you like—your logo, website, social media links, address, QR codes, and more.

Which colors can I choose for printing?

We have mailing bags in a variety of colors, but the printed design can only be in black or white.

How large is the printable area?

The print area depends on your design, and the maximum size supports a full-bleed print on one sid

I don’t know how to design—can I still print?

Absolutely! Just reach out to our online customer service after placing your order, and we’ll help you finalize your design.

How long will it take to get my custom mailing bags?

We use automated high-speed printing machines, allowing printing to be completed in as little as 1 business day. From order placement to delivery, it takes only 5–7 business days.

What products can I have custom printed?

At the moment, only poly mailers can be customized in small quantities. All other products are ready-made, but we’ll be adding more custom options over time.

STORE POLICIES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns within15days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.  Refund_returns

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Just send us a photo and your order info. We’ll replace it or give you a refund—whatever works best for you.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can still make changes. Just reach out to us as soon as possible.

Are your items in stock?

All the products available in our store are in stock. Once you place your order, we’ll ship it out as soon as possible so you can receive it quickly.
