Custom Products
Please note that customized or personalized products, including items with your logo or artwork, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
General Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase for non-custom items. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us@bagwoo.io and send the item to the provided address.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items.
